Love your lists. They remind me of a notebook my friend and I had in high school– we’d write lists of things to be happy about every day. The best memories of my teens were during that time. Love that you’re finding happiness every day!

  Thank you. That means a lot to me. It’s not always easy to write them, but no matter how bad a day was I can always find something positive to say. And I love that you did something similar in high school too. Most kids wouldn’t ever think to do that!
