  2. finishing phase one of our deck project.
  3. being ridiculously proud of what we’ve built.
  4. a mountain of hamburgers.
  5. laying down after being on our feet all day.

  1. realizing when I need to take a break from the intense project pace we’ve been doing.
  2. not being too hard on myself for missing a couple of blogging days.
  3. having coping strategies when I start to get overwhelmed.
  4. replacing my exercise routine of weights and the treadmill with manual labour for the next few weeks.
  5. starting to see the payoff of all that hard work.
