  1. realizing when I need to take a break from the intense project pace we’ve been doing.
  2. not being too hard on myself for missing a couple of blogging days.
  3. having coping strategies when I start to get overwhelmed.
  4. replacing my exercise routine of weights and the treadmill with manual labour for the next few weeks.
  5. starting to see the payoff of all that hard work.
