  1. two pieces of perfectly toasted sourdough bread.
  2. pulling out all the plants in the garden that have gone to seed.
  3. a customer service call that is surprisingly easy, unlike the other times I’ve called.
  4. getting the last spot in the passenger pickup zone at the skytrain.
  5. a salad made entirely with things we grew.
