  1. getting extra time to be productive while the baby has an usually long nap.
  2. being able to help out a friend.
  3. watching my daughter start to come out of her shell.
  4. preparing for a customer service battle, but having a hassle-free experience instead.
  5. finding an even better product than the one I was originally looking for.
